COMBINED REGIONAL ANESTHETIC TECHNIQUES IMPLEMENTED IN EMERGENCY SURGERY: A CASE REPORT

Abstract
The clinical case of a patient who underwent combined anesthetic techniques to optimize pain management and improve postoperative recovery is presented. The importance of a thorough preoperative evaluation and careful selection of anesthetic techniques to suit the patient's individual needs and the specific characteristics of the surgery are highlighted. The combination of peripheral nerve blocks and epidural anesthesia allowed for effective anesthesia, a safe option, improved recovery, and reduced complications.
