Estrés y su incidencia en las actividades laborales del personal administrativo del Distrito de Educación 13D11 San Vicente – Sucre, durante la pandemia del SARS COV-2

Work stress is an important issue since it is one of the most serious health problems today and especially attacks workers, the general objective of this work is to identify the incidence of stress in the development of work activities of the staff Administrative Office of District 13D11 San Vicente-Sucre during the SARS Cov-2 pandemic. The methodology used in this research was a non-experimental method with a cross-sectional, descriptive approach, a census was carried out with the entire population that was 37 employees, the dimensions considered were emotional and physical symptoms, personal / work attitudes and Interest of Directors. In which it was possible to identify that work stress in administrative personnel has had an impact on work activities, stating that their performance was unsatisfactory, since they felt emotionally and physically exhausted due to the wear and tear of telework, as a result of the situations and lack of concentration during the pandemic, in conclusion work stress has a greater impact with the current COVID-19 pandemic, due to the current context, which until now is being experienced, due to new forms of work, social isolation, management of new technologies , reduction of wages, untimely dismissal, showing greater involvement of workers.
